1. Basic Delivery Fee Rules

All orders placed on our platform include complimentary standard delivery service, no additional delivery charges will be added to any order. The free delivery policy applies to all valid orders without purchase amount thresholds or regional limitations.

2. Order Processing Lead Time

All submitted orders will enter warehouse sorting and packing process after payment confirmation, the processing cycle is defined as follows:

  • Orders containing multiple separate product items will be delivered in unified single parcel, split shipment will only be arranged if product size or weight exceeds logistics limits, without extra delivery fees.

3. Standard Delivery Transit Time

1. General transit duration for standard delivery service ranges from 3 to 12 working days after parcel handover to logistics partners.

4. Parcel Receiving Rules

  • Customers shall check parcel outer packaging integrity at the time of receiving; any broken, deformed or opened outer packaging shall be recorded with photos before signing for receipt.
