1. General Shipping & Return Shipping Terms
All product orders include complimentary delivery fees with no extra delivery cost charged to customers. Return shipping rules are divided into two tiers as follows:
- The first return or exchange application submitted under one customer account enjoys fully complimentary two-way shipping service, with all return delivery fees covered by our business.
- For second and subsequent return or exchange applications from the same customer account, return delivery fees shall be assessed separately according to specific order and product conditions, and customers will be notified of related costs via official contact channel before return processing.
2. Eligible Products for Refund & Return
Customers may apply for full refund or exchange service if the goods meet all the following standards within valid application period:
- Products remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and retain all original packaging, labels, tags and accessories attached upon receipt.
- Goods have manufacturing defects, fabric flaws, printing errors, size deviation or delivery mismatch inconsistent with order information.
- Products are received with incomplete accessories, torn packaging or visible damage caused during transit.
- Application is submitted within 30 calendar days counting from the day customers receive ordered summer apparel items.
3. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return
No refund or return service will be provided under any of the following circumstances:
- Custom-tailored, personalized printed, altered apparel goods produced according to exclusive customer requirements.
- Swimwear, intimate clothing and undergarments that have been opened, worn or removed from original sealed hygiene packaging for hygiene protection reasons.
- Products with obvious traces of wear, washing, stains, scratches, stretching damage or artificial breakage caused by improper customer use.
- Goods missing original tags, packaging, matching accessories after customer storage or use.
- Refund or return application submitted beyond the 30-day valid application window after goods receipt.
- Clear damage to products caused by improper washing, ironing, storage or personal accidental destruction.
4. Complete Refund Processing & Arrival Timeline
Once returned goods are received, inspected and confirmed to comply with return standards by our warehouse team, full refund procedures will be activated immediately:
1. Internal inspection confirmation will be finished within 7 working days after returned parcels arrive at our designated receiving warehouse.
2. Refund funds will be issued to the original payment channel within 5 working days after inspection approval.
3. Actual arrival of refund funds to customer personal account depends on the settlement cycle of the original payment channel, which normally takes 3–10 working days after our fund issuance operation.
4. Partial refunds for defective single items from mixed orders follow the identical processing time rules above.
5. Standard Application Process for Return & Refund
All return and refund requests must be submitted via our official support email with required order number, product photos and clear demand description; incomplete application materials will delay processing progress.
6. Full Disclaimer Clauses
- Our business shall not bear compensation liability for indirect losses including but not limited to schedule loss, matching cost loss or travel expense loss generated from delayed goods delivery or product defects.
- We reserve the right to reject return and refund applications if customers intentionally submit false damage descriptions or send back altered, damaged non-original goods for compensation demand.
- Color difference caused by different display screen equipment does not count as product quality defect and cannot be used as valid reason for refund or return application.
- We reserve the right to adjust return shipping charging standards for subsequent repeated return applications, and updated rules will be published on this page without separate individual notification.
- Our business is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels if customers deliver returned goods via unapproved self-selected delivery providers without our official pre-confirmation.
